Can I have meals in my room?
We will only serve meals in the dining room.
What kind of amenities are there in the room?
A The room has a refrigerator, hair dryer, tea, hot water pot, mineral water, bath towels, face towels, tanzen (large padded kimono), etc.
Can I connect to the Internet in the hotel and in my room?
High-speed Wi-Fi access is available free of charge throughout the hotel and in all guest rooms.
Are there barrier-free rooms and facilities?
Some of the “Guestrooms with open-air baths” are barrier-free. Please inquire.
As the building is located along a ravine with a difference in elevation, there are many stairs and steps. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you offer anniversary services?
We can prepare a surprise cake (with additional fee, reservation required). If you have any other requests, please feel free to contact us.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00
Check-out time is at 11:00
Can I wear shoes inside the room?
No. Please remove your shoes before entering your room.
We provide slippers for indoor use.
Do I need to tip the staff?
No tipping is necessary in Japan.
Our staff are happy to serve you as part of Japanese hospitality.
Can I speak English with the staff?
While some of our staff may not speak fluent English, we do our best to communicate and ensure your comfort.

About Hotel Facilities
Are there any hot spring facilities for private use?
We have two private hot spring baths.
“Seseragi no Yu(Special private open-air bath)is available from 3:00pm to 9:30pm “Family Bath” is available from 4:00pm to 10:00pm.
Family baths are available from 16:00 to 22:00(Charter time:50min).
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. A smoking area is available on the outside the entrance.
About Hot Spring
Can I wear a swimsuit in the hot springs?
No. Swimwear is not allowed in traditional Japanese hot springs.
You need to be naked to bath in a Japanese one.
What should I do before entering the hot springs?
Please wash your body thoroughly at the shower area before entering the bath.
This is an important part of Japanese onsen etiquette especially in public baths.
